Students – Summer Employment

Le Centre de santé Univi Health Center is looking for motivated students to join our team at our Alban, Noëlville, St-Charles, and Warren sites this summer! We welcome applications from students in Health Promotion, Health Sciences, Administration, or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a summer student, you will:

• Support medical secretaries with record updates and socio-demographic data entry
• Assist in planning and promoting health and prevention programs
• Contribute to community programs by helping with activity planning and outreach
• Help promote special projects and initiatives as needed
• Complete other tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary program in health services or administration
• Bilingual (English & French) – strong communication skills in both languages required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher), Adobe, and other digital tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the health sector is an asset but not required
• Successful candidates must provide a criminal record check before hiring (for successful applicants who are over 18 years of age)
