Laboratory & ECG

We provide laboratory and electrocardiography (ECG) tests at all four sites. This service is by appointment only.

Please note that you must have a valid Ministry of Health laboratory requisition form issued by a licensed health care provider in Ontario to be eligible for bloodwork. If you have a copy of your lab requisition, please bring it to your appointment.
