Practicing mindfulness helps us meet life’s challenges with gentleness and clarity. We offer a 13 week program on-line as well as drop-in maintenance classes for advanced participants.

Alumni of the Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM) courses have reported these results:

*Particularly difficult feelings may come up during these sessions, and participants need to seek counselling help through their family physician, other primary care providers or existing therapist if this should arise.

Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM)- Entry Level

Next start date is September 12, 2022. This course is given by Annie Hebert, RN with MBCPMTM Level 1 certification from the NeuroNova Centre for Mindful Solutions.  We welcome entry level participants as well as those doing revision of the course. It is advisable to find a location in your home where you will be comfortable and have privacy as all discussions during the session are confidential.
