The Alzheimer’s Society mission is to alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and to improve the quality of life of individuals affected by dementia, their care partners and families.

Through an interdisciplinary team and in partnership with many community agencies, the Alzheimer Society provides essential programs and support services to those living with dementia as well as their care partners.
