  • Design and deliver consultation services and develop community programs in matters of nutrition to individuals or groups in accordance with the standards of the profession and to the procedures and policies established.
  • Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families.
  • Participate in the development, delivery and evaluation of educational and health promotion programs within all four communities.
  • Bachelor`s Degree in Human Nutritional Science; Member of the College of Dieticians of Ontario in good standing or candidate in this field of study with graduation in spring or summer of 2024.
  • Knowledge and experience in health promotion, education and program evaluation.
  • Knowledge of community resources especially in nutrition, health and social services.
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Bilingualism required; oral and written.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Valid Ontario driver`s license and access to a vehicle.
  • A criminal records check will be required prior to hiring.
