The Province of Ontario is working to update and improve the Health Care Connect list. This is a program designed to help people without a primary care provider find a family doctor or nurse practitioner.

If you have already registered with a provider and are still listed with Health Care Connect, you can help others access care more quickly by removing yourself from the list. Staying registered after finding a provider can delay matching for those who are still waiting for care.

Taking a moment to update your status helps the province keep its records accurate and ensures that Health Care Connect continues to serve those who truly need it.
