Equipment Loan

Pedal Exerciser Loan (Univi Clients Only)

Univi Health Centre is offering pedal exercisers for short-term loan to support participation in physical activity. This program is available to Univi patients only.

 

Loan duration is typically 1 to 4 weeks depending on demand. The loan is renewable subject to equipment availability. Participants may be contacted to return equipment earlier if needed.

✔ Each weekly submission gives you one entry to win

 

Pedal exercisers are also available to borrow if you’d like support getting started.

Weekly Activity Log & Gift Card Entry

Track your physical activity and enter for a chance to win a gift card.

 

Participants may submit one entry per week during the month of June, for a maximum of 4 entries total. Each weekly submission counts as one entry into the draw.

 

Please report the total amount of physical activity you completed over the past week.

 

We also have a printable version of the form available if you are experiencing difficulties accessing or completing it online. You can find it here, or pick up a copy in person from one of our secretaries.

 

All logs must be submitted by June 30.
